Job summary

Genesis seeks a field-facing role in the Chicago area to visit primary care offices, PT clinics, athletic trainers, and community partners. You will build trust, facilitate referrals, and bring the practice’s warmth to every room.

You will manage the referral book, host events with providers, and capture insights to improve patient experience, reputation, and growth. This role requires a reliable vehicle and daily driving across Chicagoland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in relationship-driven roles.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; daily driving across Chicagoland.
• Excellent verbal communication; comfortable walking into rooms cold.
• Chicago-based or willing to learn Chicagoland.

Responsibilities

• Visit primary care offices, PT clinics, and community partners daily.
• Manage referrals and key referrer relationships.
• Host lunches, dinners, open houses, and large events with clinical and growth teams.
• Provide feedback from the field to improve operations and patient experience.
