Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is a leading orthopedic practice in Chicago, committed to providing exceptional care and innovative solutions to our patients and partners. We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our team and drive our expansion strategy with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
The Role
We are looking for an FQHC Strategist + Partnership Lead to develop and execute our FQHC partnership strategy. This role will be crucial in building relationships with FQHCs, driving referrals, and creating opportunities to embed our staff within FQHC environments.
Key Responsibilities
Genesis is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in our workforce.
About Genesis:
At Genesis, our goal is simple: free our patients to be more active, more athletic, and to move freely in their bodies – accessible to everyone, not just the select few with the right commercial insurance.
To accomplish this mission, we've reinvented the care delivery model, trying different ideas until we discovered a blueprint for delivering the high-quality care our reputation was known for, while also making the prices more ethical and affordable. We're honored to report that, after much work, 75% of our patient base is Medicaid-eligible patients, and we were recently included on the 2021, 2022, and 2023 Inc. 5000 lists, making us one of the fastest-growing privately held businesses in the United States. We were able to accomplish these both in tandem by combining a deep clinical expertise with a clear-eyed administrative rethink about how we deliver care – all while remaining passionate about the mission and our patients.
If you’re looking for a place with a strong mission and culture, and an opportunity to serve the underserved, we’d love to consider you for the team!
