Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, Inc. seeks a Partnerships Manager to grow our network of corporate, community, and public partners across Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties.

The role focuses on outreach, relationship building, and proactive follow‑through to secure volunteers, youth, and program support. You will conduct calls, schedule meetings, deliver presentations, attend events, and coordinate volunteer recruitment sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Experience in sales, outreach, volunteer recruitment, customer service, or community engagement preferred.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable transportation required for travel throughout the workday.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new corporate, community, and public partners to generate volunteers and program support.
• Outreach, relationship building, and follow-through to ensure recruitment results within assigned geographic areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, faith-based groups, and community organizations.
• Make calls, schedule meetings, deliver presentations, attend events, and conduct ongoing follow-up to move prospects to active partnership.
• Coordinate on-site BOT sessions with corporate and community partners as needed.
• Support recruitment and engagement of a local Leadership Council.
