Our mission is to expand access to care. We are deeply committed to providing support to BIPOC communities and historically marginalized groups who face profound challenges tied to severe mental illness and addiction.

Our vision at ReKlame Health is to create a future where individuals who have historically been unable to access the care they deserve can readily obtain high-quality behavioral health and addiction care. We are dedicated to reducing disparities in access to evidence-based, culturally competent mental health care and promoting health equity.

At ReKlame Health, it goes beyond mere employment; it's about becoming a part of a formidable movement transcending individuality. Let's unite and forge a world where health equity and effortless access to exceptional mental healthcare coexist harmoniously for millions of Americans.

  • Business Development & Deal Execution

    • Drive growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with organizational goals, including the establishment of referral networks and long-term collaborations.

    • Orchestrate the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initiation and contract negotiation to implementation and performance assessment.

    • Serve as a persuasive advocate for ReKlame Health during partnership discussions, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of the organization’s value proposition.

  • Operational Alignment & Insight Sharing

    • Collaborate across departments, including Marketing, Growth, Operations, and Customer Success, to ensure partnerships are seamlessly integrated into ReKlame Health’s service delivery and operational infrastructure.

    • Analyze partnership performance data to refine strategies, optimize outcomes, and identify emerging opportunities for expansion and innovation.

    • Provide regular feedback to internal teams, offering nuanced insights into community needs and market dynamics to drive organizational improvements.

  • Performance Metrics & Accountability

    • Define and meet measurable objectives related to partnerships, referrals, and business growth, ensuring all activities align with ReKlame Health’s overarching strategic vision.

    • Monitor key performance indicators, leveraging data-driven insights to formulate actionable strategies for sustained success.

You will love this role if:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in community outreach, partnership development, or business development within healthcare or behavioral health. Proven ability to build and sustain referral networks with healthcare providers, advocacy organizations, and community groups.

  • Community Knowledge: Strong understanding of the challenges faced by NYC populations in accessing behavioral health care.

  • Location Requirements: Based in New York, with the ability to travel locally throughout NYC and surrounding areas for meetings, events, and community engagement. Willingness to dedicate up to 70% of the role to field-based activities.

Compensation Package:
  • Base: $70,000-$100,000 + performance-based bonuses

  • Equity: Participation in the company's equity program (e.g., stock options)

  • Full Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision
