Position Title: Community and Partnership Manager (Part-Time)

Covering Cities: Kearny, Jersey City, Secaucus and Hudson County.

Company Overview:

Synergy HomeCare of Clifton-Secaucus provides compassionate non-medical home care services to seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities across Northern NJ.

Role Summary:

1. Build relationships with referral partners
2. Represent Synergy at community events
3. Conduct in-home consultations and track leads
4. Report to owner weekly with progress

Key Qualifications:

1. Background in healthcare, sales, or senior care
2. Strong interpersonal and networking skills
3. Self-motivated, personable, reliable transportation
4. Bonus: Connections in hospitals or SNFs

Compensation:

- Hourly base ($20–25/hr) + commissions per converted referral
- Flexible schedule, approx. 10–15 hours/week to start
