Job summary

Access Services 3 is seeking a CPS Supervisor to lead a team that supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in building meaningful, connected lives in their communities. The role involves supervising Direct Support Professionals, coaching staff, and coordinating person-centered services to help individuals achieve their goals in daily living and community participation.

The CPS Supervisor will travel regionally, support staff, and foster partnerships with community resources.

• Engage in coaching conversations for career development and engagement.
• Travel regionally to support staff and build partnerships.
