Job summary

Access Services in the United States seeks a CPS Supervisor to lead a team supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in community settings. You will oversee delivery of supports, supervise DSPs, and ensure goals in individual Support Plans are met.

The role requires travel across Schuylkill, Monroe, and Carbon counties, with a base in Bethlehem or Orwigsburg. It combines leadership, coaching, service coordination, and hands-on care to build meaningful, connected lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social work or related field preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience in social services preferred.
• ANADD, RBT, CNA, or BCBA certification preferred if bachelor’s degree not met.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to multiple DSPs in various settings.
• Engage DSPs in coaching conversations for career development.
• Provide direct care and support hours as needed to meet program needs.
• Participate in on-call rotation as assigned.
• Assist in hiring and orienting new DSPs.
• Conduct and attend case reviews and assessments regularly.
• Review and ensure timely implementation of Person-Centered Support Plans.
