Job summary

Access Services seeks a CPS Supervisor to lead a team delivering Community Participation Supports for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. You will supervise DSP staff, coordinate services, and drive person-centered plans across home, community, and work settings.

The role is highly mobile, covering Upper Bucks, Lehigh, and Carbon counties, with travel required and potential base at Bethlehem or Orwigsburg offices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience in social services recommended.
• ANADD, RBT, CNA, or BCBA certifications preferred if degree not met.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office, and EMR systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to multiple DSPs and support their development.
• Engage DSPs in coaching conversations about career development and engagement.
• Provide direct care and direct support hours as needed for program requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotation as assigned.
• Assist in crisis resolution and planning with staff and families.
• Coordinate goals and outcomes with individuals and their teams.
• Review service documentation for quality and compliance.
