Job summary

Access Services in Pennsylvania is hiring a Community Participation Supports Lead Direct Support Professional to work with a team that supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to build meaningful, connected lives in their communities.

As a Lead DSP, you will provide direct support in homes and community settings, assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and program compliance, and help implement each individual's Plan of Care and Person-Centered Support Plan.

Qualifications

• Two years of direct care experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities required.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least two years and reliable vehicle for travel.
• Background checks, physical examination, and driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, training, and client coverage needs.
• Promote person-centered approaches and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Supervisor to coach DSPs and ensure service quality.
• Support Plan of Care and Person-Centered Support Plan implementation.
• Travel across Schuylkill, Monroe, and Carbon counties to provide services.
