University of Wisconsin-Green Bay’s Division of Continuing Education and Community Engagement is seeking a Program Specialist to expand educational opportunities, workforce development, and professional learning across Northeast Wisconsin. You will develop and coordinate training programs, conferences, and community outreach, building partnerships with employers, associations, and organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting external business relationships through consistent communication.
• Strong written communication and administrative skills with a high level of detail.
• Demonstrated success in launching and maintaining collaborations and partnerships.
• High level of computer proficiency and ability to use database, spreadsheet, web conference, presentation, and word processing software applications.
• Ability to work effectively as a team and independently in a high-volume work setting.
• A valid Wisconsin driver's license and a working vehicle to travel and ability to obtain driver authorization through the University.
• Three years of professional experience in organizational development and/or project management.

Responsabilités

• Schedules and secures resources and communicates logistics in support of an outreach program
• Delivers outreach program content and materials to community members
• Researches, develops, and facilitates outreach program content and materials
• Develops and evaluates curriculum and programs and provides recommendations for improvement
• May assist with the monitoring of outreach program budget spending
• Leads the implementation of programs, policies, and procedures through oversight of day-to-day activities for program staff and student and community volunteers
• Identifies, promotes, and maintains external partnerships to support the outreach program
