Job summary

University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is seeking a Program Coordinator in Green Bay to advance student success, inclusivity, and community connections. You will lead engagement initiatives, partner with students and community stakeholders, and design educational programming aligned with divisional goals.

The role reports to the Assistant Director of Student Engagement and focuses on fraternity/sorority life advising, campus service initiatives, and Campus Cupboard oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution at time of application.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse student population, creating a culture of inclusion.
• Demonstrated experience proof reading and editing print materials.
• Have the ability to delegate and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Organizes student-focused programming and resources to promote new and ongoing educational initiatives.
• Writes, edits, and publishes content for communication projects and marketing platforms.
• Creates and maintains schedules, logistics, and resources for student affairs programs, activities, and/or services.
• Generates and analyzes reports of curricular and unit outcomes.
• Participate in Division and campus-wide committees and support other duties as assigned.
• Participate in Division and campus-wide committee and working groups and support other duties as assigned
• Serves as a subject matter expert regarding student affairs to internal and external stakeholders
