Job summary

Universities of Wisconsin is seeking an Outreach Specialist to support the Center for Innovative Transition, Education and Employment (CITEE) at UW-Milwaukee. This role emphasizes project coordination, data integrity, and cross-project support for the Wisconsin Hub for Peer Professionals (WiHPP).

The specialist will coordinate training, manage data workflows, and foster partnerships across local and state communities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required.
• At least two years of cross-stakeholder collaboration, facilitation, and outreach logistics experience is required.
• Experience with Tribal communities or similar populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the implementation of program policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Identify, promote, and maintain partnerships to promote the outreach program.
• Coordinate program logistics by scheduling activities and managing resources.
• Organize day-to-day activities for staff, trainees, training contractors, and volunteers to ensure smooth program execution.
• Gather feedback from the peer community and suggest improvements to training and programs.
