• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in training, social work, case management, or related field.
• One year training experience with adults.
• One year community outreach experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in community outreach to promote the program’s services and enroll clients.
• Create the 5-week training schedule (90 hours) for each cohort.
• Conduct trainings and schedule guest speakers for each cohort.
• Collaborate with partner organizations to provide additional trainings as needed.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
• Coordinate Employer Advisory Board and track engagement.
