Job summary

Parma Medical Center in Parma, OH is seeking a Nurse – PRN to develop and coordinate community education and outreach initiatives. The role supports marketing strategies and program delivery across community settings.

Qualified candidates will have RN licensure (OH or multi-state), 5+ years clinical or management experience, and strong interpersonal, written, and planning skills. Per diem schedule; travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 5+ years management experience or 5+ years Clinical experience (Required)
• Experience in marketing and budgeting (Preferred)
• Experience working with the elderly and knowledge of community resources (Preferred)
• Experience with occupational health (Preferred)
• Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License (Required Upon Hire)

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties in a courteous and efficient manner, maintains positive relationships with contacts and co-workers.
• Coordinates/facilitates community outreach & education programs.
• Develops community outreach initiatives to promote key service and increase awareness and preference of Parma Medical Center as a destination for key services.
• Provides clinical expertise for Marketing & Communication strategies.
