Job summary

L.A. Care Health Plan in Inglewood, CA seeks a Community Resource Center Specialist II to build relationships with community members, partner agencies, and internal departments.

You will support health education programs, refer members to services, and help manage CRC operations. Eligible candidates have an Associate's Degree, at least 6 months of related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of community health, public health, or health education experience.
• Experience with data entry and reporting processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality in-person customer service and guidance.
• Educate members about health programs, resources, and benefits.
• Develop resource guides and reference materials for CRC.
• Link members to services and programs to improve health outcomes.
• Identify gaps in CRC services and suggest new programs.
• Open/close CRC, manage supplies, and coordinate CRC calendar.
