Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate member-centric customer service to respond and resolve inquiries.
• Guide and educate members, residents and stakeholders on health programs and resources.
• Develop resource guides and materials for CRC operations and outreach.
• Schedule CRC calendar, rooms, and events; manage supplies and vendor support as needed.
• Partner with internal teams to promote access to care and community engagement initiatives.
