Care departments, Blue Shield Promise staff, and CRC vendors to promote health education programs and referrals. Key responsibilities include supporting high-quality in-person service, coordinatingCRC activities, and ensuring smooth operations while assisting with outreach

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of health care, public health, or health education experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate member-centric customer service to respond to inquiries and connect to resources.
• Inform, guide, and educate members and stakeholders about health programs and benefits.
• Maintain CRC calendar, book conference rooms, and support facility needs.
• Support outreach and engagement activities to increase member traffic at CRC.
