Job summary

Alpine is seeking a Community Outreach Representative to engage Medicare seniors and create organic patient growth in local communities. You will work with clinics and community partners to ensure access to value-based preventive primary care and report to the local Outreach Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of experience working in the healthcare sector.
• At least one year with Medicare; Value-Based Care is a plus.
• Experience working in a quota-based comp model.
• Experience with PowerPoint and presentation skill.
• Experience with reporting and tracking through Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Collaborate with marketing to engage in social media and content development Hybrid (50% field/home office) Convert prospective patients to enrolled/active patients with booked visits and assigned PCP.

Salary Range: Base Salary: $60,000–$65,000, plus incentive compensation (total earnings up to $120,000 based on performance) Benefits: Includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); paid time off (PTO); and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
