Job summary

Clinical Care Medical Centers is seeking a Community Outreach Liaison to cultivate relationships with seniors and partner organizations, drive new member enrollment, and coordinate field events across Florida. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum four years of successful sales experience.
• Minimum three years of B2B experience preferred.
• Experience with seniors and Medicare Advantage helpful.
• Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with business and vendor partners.
• Experience in tele-sales writing and inputting sales data over the phone.
• At least 2 years of B2C marketing/outside sales/community outreach.
• Experience presenting to diverse audiences including senior management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work core business hours, Monday–Friday, 40 hours, with overtime as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time within the assigned sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Build, nurture, and cultivate relationships with seniors and business partnerships to generate new member opportunities.
• Meet and exceed defined enrollment goals and center growth targets.
• Meet with seniors and groups in homes, workplaces, and places of worship to share CCMC’s services.
• Cultivate relationships with community members and external partners to keep CCMC as top provider referral choice.
• Develop events with officials, businesses, and outreach programs to grow the member base.
• Invite brokers and payer agents to events to ensure assignments.
• Track event results and refine approach to maximize impact.
• Engage new members beyond first appointment to aid retention and resolve issues.
• Answer questions related to benefits and claims information.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and travel as needed including weekends.
