Must maintain active NMLS registration.
Demonstrated ability to generate and close over $20mm in mortgage production from external sources.

Responsibilities

Be the Bank’s lead representative promoting homeownership in diverse markets and build relationships with nonprofits, housing agencies, and government housing authorities.
Take loan applications from potential home buyers and oversee process flow from application to decision/closing.
Identify mortgage products to offer and oversee product implementation; train staff on parameters and flow.
Make recommendations to Senior Management on product offerings and regulatory guidance affecting underserved communities.
Train, mentor, and coach a team member operating as a sales administrator for underserved market initiatives.
Develop and implement market share and geographic penetration reports, including underserved census tract penetration analysis.
