Job summary

North Easton Savings Bank seeks an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to originate residential mortgage and home equity loans within the Bank's footprint. You will build referral networks with Realtors, builders, and advisors, manage the loan process from application to closing, and ensure compliance with laws and investor guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of residential mortgage loan origination experience.
• Strong sales and relationship management skills; capable of generating self-sourced mortgage business.
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA and state housing programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains referral relationships with real estate professionals, attorneys, and community partners to generate mortgage opportunities.
• Executes business development strategies to achieve loan production and profitability goals.
• Interviews applicants, analyzes financial information, and recommends mortgage and home equity solutions.
• Manages loan applications through closing and ensures compliance with lending regulations and bank policies.
