Eye Care Specialists is seeking an outgoing Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to help increase awareness of our practice and the services we provide.

This role focuses on meeting local organizations, businesses, medical offices, senior communities, and residents throughout Norwood, Norfolk, and surrounding towns, with travel to connect Eye Care Specialists with the community and its healthcare needs.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable approaching new people
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and dependable
• Familiarity with the Norwood/Norfolk and surrounding communities is a plus
• Marketing, sales, healthcare, or community outreach experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses, senior centers, community organizations, medical offices, and other locations to introduce Eye Care Specialists and our services
• Distribute marketing materials throughout surrounding communities
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and healthcare providers
• Identify new opportunities to increase community awareness and patient referrals
• Attend local community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
• Promote our comprehensive services, including routine eye care, cataract surgery, glaucoma, retina care, dry eye treatment, and specialty eye care
• Assist with planning local marketing and outreach initiatives
• Track outreach efforts and provide updates on contacts and opportunities
