HealthDrive seeks an Optometrist to provide on-site optometry services in Southeast Massachusetts, with options for part-time or full-time (2–5 days per week) in Norfolk, Plymouth, and Bristol counties. Earn through production, with a daily minimum and uncapped earnings; benefits for full-time, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive support. Flexible scheduling with no evenings or weekends; 100% malpractice coverage, and full admin backup.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry (OD) and state professional license.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to use email, the internet, and healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat refractive disorders.
• Diagnose and treat ocular disorders caused by age-related illnesses.
• Examine, diagnose, treat, and manage diseases of the visual system, the eye, and related structures.
• Identify related systemic conditions affecting the eye.
• Enter patient information and complete clinical documentation in the EMR system.
• Mobile model: travel daily to skilled nursing facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

HealthDrive is currently seeking an Optometrist, to work Part-Time or Full-time (2-5 days per week) in Southeast Massachusetts (work available in the Norfolk, Plymouth, and Bristol county areas).

Updated Compensation:

• Oppotunity to earn $800+ per day via production with a $625 daily minimum.

Responsibilities

The Optometrist will provide general optometry services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long term care facilities within an assigned territory.

Essential Functions:

• Diagnose and treat refractive disorders.
• Diagnose and treat ocular disorders caused by age-related illnesses.
• Examines, diagnoses, treats, and manages diseases, injuries and disorders of the visual system, the eye, and associated structures.
• Identifies related systemic conditions affecting the eye.
• Enters patient information and completes required clinical documentation in our cutting-edge EMR system.
• Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• TPA certified/Legend Drug Certificate
