Eye Care Specialists is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Patient Service Representative to join our team. This position will work at both our Norwood and Norfolk offices.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in and out patients
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Collect copayments
• Assist with referrals and patient messages
• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and staff
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
