CLEAResult is seeking a Market Outreach Specialist for the energy efficiency space to support and expand client programs. You will engage businesses, communities, and partners to drive participation and satisfaction.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will plan outreach activities, analyze markets, and optimize communications to align with program goals and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years in outreach, community engagement or program coordination.
• Experience planning and executing events or community initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset for market research and opportunities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach tactics to recruit LMI customers and community groups.
• Understand business customer base, needs, and opportunities.
• Integrate program offerings into customer operations for better service.
• Plan and execute outreach events and community engagements.
• Liaise between customers and field teams to improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with energy efficiency programs to advance projects.
• Research target markets and identify key partners.
• Identify barriers and report insights to the Program Manager.
• Support program portfolio alignment with goals.
• Suggest operational improvements and track progress.
