The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory is seeking a Program Outreach Coordinator to support the State College Service Center and collaborate with the Regional Manager and Caseworker to manage annual programs and fundraising campaigns.

The role involves coordinating the Red Kettle campaign, engaging with local businesses, managing volunteers, and expanding community partnerships while maintaining the center's social media presence and supporting event logistics.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent with clerical experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and creative.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite and social media.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Red Kettle Fundraising Campaign, including sponsorship and volunteer management.
• Engage with local businesses and oversee bell ringing logistics.
• Foster community connections and partner with local organizations and businesses.
• Maintain a social media presence related to the service center and its activities.
• Assist with correspondence and mailings for the Red Kettle campaign and approved projects.
• Perform related duties as assigned under the guidance of the Regional Manager.
