Job summary

Cornerstone Concilium is seeking a Public Outreach Specialist I to support communications for the Airfield and Terminal Modernization Program, Roadways and Enabling Projects. You will assist in stakeholder engagement, prepare notices, maintain databases, and support event logistics in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in public outreach or communications.
• Experience supporting public infrastructure, transportation, aviation, construction, or government projects preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Canva, and CMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the ATMP Roadways and Enabling Projects stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
• Help track and address public inquiries, comments, complaints, and requests for information.
• Assist in preparing and distributing traffic advisories, construction notices, project updates, and community notifications.
• Maintain stakeholder contact databases and distribution lists.
• Draft routine correspondence, meeting notices, stakeholder updates, and outreach materials.
• Assist with development of PowerPoint presentations, fact sheets, FAQs, and informational materials.
• Coordinate logistics for public outreach events, open houses, workshops, and community meetings.
• Support website updates, document uploads, and content management activities.
• Assist with social media content preparation, scheduling, graphics coordination, and monitoring.
