PMCS Group, Inc. is seeking a Public Outreach Specialist I for LAX-related roadways and modernization communications. The role focuses on informing residents, businesses, travelers, and officials about progress, plans, and milestones through planning, events, and written communications.

You will support engagement plans, prepare notices, and coordinate community interactions at project sites and events, ensuring clear, accessible information is shared with diverse stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Public Administration, Planning, Political Science, or related field.
• Experience in public outreach, public relations, communications, or community engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support stakeholder engagement plans and respond to inquiries and information requests.
• Prepare traffic advisories, notices, updates, and community notifications.
• Draft correspondence, meeting notices, stakeholder updates, and outreach materials.
• Create presentations, fact sheets, FAQs, and informational pieces.
• Assist with website updates, social media content, scheduling, and graphics coordination.
• Coordinate open houses, workshops, and community meetings.
