Job summary

The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is seeking a proactive Community Outreach Manager to lead off-site youth and family programs across Davidson County and beyond. You will manage partnerships, coordinate teaching artists, and supervise volunteers to deliver music, visual arts, and education initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of Family and Community Programs, you will also support Community Counts and collaborate on museum access projects, while ensuring inclusive programs that engage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, museum studies, or related field.
• Experience managing educational programs in non-traditional settings.
• At least 3 years in a museum, school, or nonprofit education role.
• At least 2 years of logistics coordination or related admin experience.
• Experience engaging with diverse audiences and in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage 80–100 community outreach programs annually, coordinating staff and volunteers.
• Design an outreach strategy with the Director of Family and Community Programs and partner at least twice yearly.
• Organize logistics with community partners and contracted teaching artists and educators.
• Collaborate with Education to plan music and visual arts programs for Taylor Swift Education Center and other spaces.
• Oversee program assessment, data tracking, and internal reporting; maintain partnerships and communications.
