The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum seeks an experienced educator to lead its school programs team, guiding curriculum-aligned services for teachers, students, and the community.

Responsibilities include program oversight, staff development, and expansion of Words & Music and related outreach across Tennessee and beyond. A master’s degree and museum education experience are required.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in education, museum studies, music, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a museum or school setting.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of museum education practices and standards.
• Experience designing professional development for educators.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and evaluate full-time staff and volunteers.
• Oversee school programs, curricula, and online resources.
• Lead development of curriculum-aligned education initiatives.
• Support Words & Music program and related partnerships.
• Plan staff training and program evaluation.
• Collaborate with schools and education partners across regions.
