Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience working with families and young children; case management knowledge helpful.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills required.
• Ability to engage diverse populations while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Link families with services and resources for support.
• Provide presentations about Help Me Grow and lead outreach events.
• Maintain own work assignments with minimal supervision.
• Develop and maintain partnerships to support families.
• Enter and maintain client data with accuracy and confidentiality.
