You will coordinate events, conduct meetings with partners, and present information about training opportunities to job seekers and employers, while collaborating with internal teams to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–3 years in related fields.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with community-based organizations and partners.
• Represent PA CareerLink Berks County at events to raise visibility.
• Coordinate outreach activities, trainings, and workshops across Berks County.
• Provide information on services and opportunities to job seekers and employers.
• Track outreach activities and report outcomes to leadership.
