Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Services, Social Work, Education, Business, Workforce Development, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with employers and service area participants.
• Conduct individualized assessments of participants' employment, education, and personal development needs.
• Provide ongoing case management, coaching, and retention support.
