Executive Home Care is seeking a Community Outreach & Sales Professional in Massachusetts. The role combines relationship-building with advocacy to help families access home care and resources, leveraging MSW/LSW/LPN backgrounds where applicable.

Visit senior centers, healthcare partners, and community groups to educate, network, and develop referrals while managing a local territory with autonomy and support from leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, social work, healthcare, community outreach, or related field.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to start conversations confidently and develop professional partnerships.
• Tech proficiency with CRM systems, Apple products, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted community relationships by representing Executive Home Care at events and meetings.
• Help families navigate care by listening to needs and connecting them with appropriate services.
• Grow our community impact by developing referral relationships and meeting outreach goals.
• Partner with the care team to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to start of care.
