Executive Home Care is seeking a Community Outreach & Sales Professional in Massachusetts. The role combines relationship-building with advocacy to help families access home care and resources, leveraging MSW/LSW/LPN backgrounds where applicable.
Visit senior centers, healthcare partners, and community groups to educate, network, and develop referrals while managing a local territory with autonomy and support from leadership.
At Executive Home Care, we believe everyone deserves to live with comfort, dignity, and independence—and that families deserve a trusted partner to help them navigate care.
We’re a mission-driven company where service is at the heart of what we do. We serve not only our clients and their families, but also the broader community by building relationships with healthcare professionals, senior organizations, nonprofits, and other local partners.
We’re looking for a Community Outreach & Sales Professional who can combine strong relationship-building skills with a genuine desire to help families access the care and support they need.
This role may be especially well suited for someone with a Master of Social Work (MSW), LSW, LPN, or other healthcare/community-services background who wants to take their experience in advocacy, care coordination, family communication, and community engagement in a new direction.
If you’re an MSW, LSW, healthcare professional, or experienced community relationship-builder who wants to use your skills in a new way, we’d love to meet you.
Your social work experience has already taught you how to:
Those skills translate directly into this position.
You’ll use them to develop relationships with referral partners, connect with families who are exploring home care, educate the community about available services, and help people find support that can improve their quality of life.
Represent Executive Home Care at senior expos, health fairs, community events, professional meetings, and other local gatherings.
Develop meaningful relationships with senior centers, healthcare providers, hospital discharge planners, social workers, nonprofits, schools, churches, and other community organizations.
Respond promptly to inquiries, listen to what families are experiencing, understand their needs, and help them determine whether our services may be an appropriate solution.
You won’t simply be "selling" a service—you’ll be helping families understand their options and connecting them with the right resources.
Work closely with our leadership and care team to ensure families experience a smooth transition from their first conversation with us through the start of care.
We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, confident, curious, and comfortable building relationships.
An MSW, LSW, LPN, or healthcare/community-services background is a strong plus, particularly for candidates who have experience with older adults, families, care coordination, discharge planning, community resources, or behavioral health.
We’re also looking for:
Sales experience is valuable—but we’re also interested in people who have built trust, developed professional relationships, and connected people with services in other settings.
Join Executive Home Care and help connect more families with the care, dignity, and support they deserve.
