Job summary

MidPen Housing Corp. seeks an Assistant Community Manager for Chestnut Square properties. You will support daily operations, fiscal management, compliance, and resident relations while partnering with the Community Manager.

Responsibilities include processing leases, verifications, and certifications; handling rent collection and deposits; coordinating maintenance; and ensuring resident safety and program coordination. A High School diploma and 1 year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 1 year of property management or admin experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with MS Office and RealPage software.

Responsibilities

• Support daily property operations, including fiscal management, compliance, and resident relations.
• Process lease agreements, income verifications, and certifications.
• Monitor turn-overs, rent collections, and deposits; maintain files with confidentiality.
• Coordinate maintenance inspections and communicate with residents and staff.
• Assist in emergency procedures and coordinate meetings as needed.
