Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Lewiston Park in Lewiston, MN, to perform administrative duties under the supervision of a Community Manager.

You will greet customers, answer calls, develop relationships, and use Microsoft Office to prepare documents. You’ll assist with data entry, lead tracking in the Link System, and support home sales while ensuring privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year general office experience.
• 1 year sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid operator’s license and ability to commute between communities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a polite, professional demeanor.
• Answer community office calls promptly and professionally.
• Develop and maintain community relationships.
• Produce documents using Microsoft Office.
• Assist Community Manager in data entry and lead tracking in the Link System.
• Maintain office files and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
• Document conversations and visits to grow a book of business.
• Support home sales and present homes to potential residents as needed.
