Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as an Assistant Community Manager.
• LIHTC/Tax Credit Program knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service dedication.
• Solid bookkeeping and rent collection experience.
• Strong knowledge of landlord/tenant law.
• Fair Housing laws understanding.
• Superior interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, email and internet.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reporting, rent processing, leasing, and marketing of the community.
• Oversee staff in Community Manager’s absence and maintain professionalism.
• Handle resident relations and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Maintain confidential resident files and respond to inquiries.
• Support monthly projections, inspect vacancies, and make-readies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
• Coordinate resident appreciation events and lease signings.
