Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as an Assistant Community Manager.
• LIHTC/Tax Credit knowledge required.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Solid bookkeeping and rent collection experience.
• Understanding of landlord/tenant law.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• Interpersonal, organized, and adaptable.
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident relations and customer service, resolving issues promptly.
• Assist leasing duties, including tours and applications.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and security deposits.
• Review ledgers for delinquencies and enforce lease terms.
• Support monthly projections, inspections, and make-ready apartments.
• Oversee operations in Community Manager's absence.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
