Henssler Property Management is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team. You will assist with all community operations, focusing on maximizing occupancy levels and property values while preparing to take over duties in the Community Manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of onsite community management experience.
• Basic knowledge of multifamily community management and Fair Housing regulations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong technical skills - MS Word and Excel; experience with Yardi is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring leases are complete and executed properly.
• Assist in creating weekly staff schedules, opening schedules, and monitoring office conditions.
• Conduct business in accordance with company policies and procedures.
