HSL Asset Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Director in Tucson, AZ. This role partners with the Community Director to manage financial operations, resident relations, and team performance for a multi-family community.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, collaborative, and customer-service oriented, with experience in leasing processes, budgeting, and staff supervision within a fast-paced property management environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management preferred.
• Knowledge of eviction laws and Fair Housing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial records for staffing, leasing, and resident relations.
• Supervise Leasing Team and train staff.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate property records.
• Assist in move-in/move-outs and coordinate with maintenance.
