Job summary

HSL Asset Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Director in Tucson, AZ. You will work with the Community Director to manage the community's leasing, resident relations, and financial operations.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure excellent resident service. On-site work and a dynamic team environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or leasing is preferred.
• ARM/ CPM/ CAM designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of the community including leasing, resident relations, and financial operations.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate property accounting records.
• Supervise Leasing Team and train assigned staff in accordance with company policies.
• Assist in collection of delinquent rents and issue notices as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance and help plan resident events.
