Job summary

Live Bryten in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations, enhance resident experiences, and help drive occupancy at The Stately Queen Creek.

You will assist with resident accounts, rent processing, screenings, leasing, move-ins/outs, and coordinating maintenance while ensuring Fair Housing compliance and professional communication with residents, vendors, and staff.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of residential leasing or property management preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Yardi/ResMan/OneSite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the community.
• Process applications and screenings for prospective residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams for turns and repairs.
• Maintain accurate resident files and financial records; assist with notices and renewals.
