Job summary

Associa is seeking a Community Director for our Bedford, NH team to oversee community management operations and partner with clients and vendors. You will work closely with board members and support staff to sustain high service levels.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and personnel. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with CMCA designation encouraged.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general accounting principles at a proficient level.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• CMCA Designation Preferred
• 5-7 years of Community Association or directly related experience including management of personnel

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for community management operations of the branch.
• Establish positive relationships with board of directors, community managers and support staff, and other vendors at branch level.
• Assist with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level for community focused operations.
• Assist in the preparation of policies and procedures to efficient service clients.
• Training liaison for community managers and community support roles.
• Managing people/teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
