Associa is seeking a Community Director for our Bedford, NH team to oversee community management operations and partner with clients and vendors. You will work closely with board members and support staff to sustain high service levels.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and personnel. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with CMCA designation encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of general accounting principles at a proficient level.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• CMCA Designation Preferred
• 5-7 years of Community Association or directly related experience including management of personnel

Job Description

Associa is currently looking for a Community Director to join our team in Bedford, NH. As a Community Director you will work closely with our clients and vendors, and partner with other Associa departments. To be successful in this role you will need great customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.
