Qualifications

• At least one year of on-site property management experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to type 30 wpm.
• Familiarity with MS Office and on-site rental software.

Responsibilities

• Maintains resident records and posts rents and deposits daily.
• Processes move-ins/move-outs and security deposits.
• Responds to resident complaints and coordinates with maintenance.
• Supports leasing activities and marketing efforts for the property.
