Job summary

Richmond Community Services in New York is seeking a Community Nurse (RN) to join our refreshed model of care. This weekday-only role means no weekends and a steady 5-day schedule, with opportunities to connect, coordinate, and advocate for the people we support.

You will conduct health assessments, coordinate appointments, and collaborate with Medical Services to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. OPWDD experience is a plus, and a supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Active NYS RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Passion for community-based care and person-centered support.
• OPWDD experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities
