Job summary

Richmond Community Services in New York is seeking a Community Nurse (RN) for a Monday–Friday role focused on connection, coordination, and person-centered care.

You'll assess health, coordinate medical appointments, work with the Medical Services Team, and team with interdisciplinary colleagues to support meaningful, healthy, independent lives.

This role offers a 5-day schedule, generous vacation, comprehensive benefits, and a 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer contribution.

Qualifications

• Active, valid NYS RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• OPWDD experience is a major plus.
