Richmond Community Services is seeking a Community Nurse (RN) for a Monday–Friday schedule in New Rochelle, NY. This role focuses on proactive care, coordination with the Medical Services Team, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support people we serve in leading healthier, more independent lives.

Qualifications

• Active NYS RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Passion for community-based, person-centered care.
• OPWDD experience is a major plus.
