Richmond Community Services in Yonkers is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Community Nurse team. This weekday-only role focuses on coordinating medical needs and supporting individuals to live healthier, more independent lives.

You will conduct health assessments, schedule follow-ups, and partner with our Medical Services Team to ensure seamless, high-quality care. A NYS RN license and at least two years of nursing experience are required; OPWDD experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active NYS RN license and current licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• OPWDD experience is a major plus.
